Thank you for sponsoring a banner through the Cocalico Valley Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3376 (Ephrata VFW)!  It is with pride that we help you honor your military hero, one who has served or is still serving in the U.S. Armed Forces.

Proceeds from the banner program will support the many Veteran Assistance Programs sponsored by Cocalico Valley VFW Post 3376.  The cost of the Phase IV Banners is $210.

Our process is now online, and we ask you to provide the information as accurately and completely as possible. (We cannot be responsible for your spelling errors, but we will email you a proof of the banner from our provider so that you may verify all information prior to the printing of the banner.)  You will be directed to upload a photo of your veteran.  A close-up face view will provide the best resolution on the final vinyl banner.  The photos must be scanned in; a photograph of a photograph will not provide the resolution necessary for the best image on the large banners; a resolution of 150 dpi will suffice.

The size of the banner is 42” x 84”. The banners will be displayed Memorial Day 2024 and become part of the Ephrata Downtown Banner seasonal rotation.  While we anticipate the banners will be displayed along Main and State Streets in Ephrata for three seasons (2024-2026), please note that they are displayed/retired at the discretion of the Ephrata Borough.  Once the Borough retires the banners, we will contact you by email so that you may take your veteran’s banner home.
